The contact form collects only the following data:

  • Email address — to reply to the enquiry
  • Message — content of the request

These data are used exclusively to respond to enquiries and quote requests. They are not used for commercial communications and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Processing is based on the user's consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of handling professional enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, for the limitation period of any applicable legal obligations. Once the relationship is resolved, data will be deleted or anonymised.

The contact form uses Web3Forms (web3forms.com), an external service acting as data processor that handles form submissions before forwarding them to the data controller.

Web3Forms may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out under the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

The website may be hosted via Netlify (privacy policy), which may also process technical access data (IP address, browser, date/time) for security and service performance purposes.

This website uses only strictly necessary technical and functional cookies required for it to work correctly. No analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
